In the car this morning
Me: Evie, you have to stay in your seatbelt in the seated position or the police will come get you.
Maddy: I would be really sad if my sister died.
Me: What?
Maddy: If Evie died I'd be sad. But I think I'd be ok if she went to jail.
Me: You're nuts, kid.
Maddy: Think about it, mom. She could totally make it in prison.
Evie: Yeah. I would just kick some butts.
